After placing your order, we conduct a validation check to ensure that sufficient funds are available. Once the authorization is confirmed, your card will be charged to reserve the items selected. When your products are shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number to complete the order process.
Because each product is custom-made to suit your specific requirements, production begins only after your payment has been confirmed.
To finalize your order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button. You will be redirected to a secure gateway where you can complete payment via your credit card or PayPal account. All transactions are securely processed by PayPal, and your statement will reflect the charge under their name.
If a refund is granted, the credited amount will be returned to the original payment method used—whether through PayPal or credit/debit card.
